ACTIVAGE Open Call

ACTIVATION Open Call is an initiative focused on involving financial support to third parties under the specific conditions defined in the Financial Regulations and the rules of the open call application ACTIVAGE.

The vision of ACTIVAGE is to be the world reference to provide evidence that the safe standard intraoperative IoT ecosystems enable new business models and profitable solutions for Active and Healthy Aging, contributing to the sustainability of health and care systems, competitiveness of European industry through innovation and the improvement of the quality of life and the autonomy of the elderly in the form of independent living.

The main objective of ACTIVAGE Open Call is to involve new stakeholders and their technology, product and / or services, in order to implement innovative solutions using the mature ACTIVAGE ecosystem that increases the value of the ACTIVAGE ecosystem.

The first open call will support third parties that introduce complementary technologies enabled for IoT in the existing implementation sites and within the existing IoT platforms.

11 challenges have been defined to present solutions, ranging from algorithms and machine learning for data analytics of the activity of the elderly, to solutions for the promotion of physical exercise or other medtech solutions.

A maximum of 10 proposals of up to 60,000 euros will be financed and the financing includes the pilot to test the solution with users. The call is open to all of Europe.
